We are all human and have moments of frustration, disappointments or a feeling of “waiting” to be happy when we finally have the things we want. Eckhart Tolle, spiritual teacher, Author and my main hub for spiritual guidance always says “say yes to the present moment” he considers anything less as resistance to what is.
The gratitude list helps us to see the glass half full instead of half empty. When I write my gratitude list, even the smallest of things can bring a feeling of positivity. If we spend our time focusing on what we are grateful for and all the blessings we have right NOW! We tend to think less about what we don't have.
